Profile

Unlike my colorful paintings I live modest life. Sometimes shocking motives only reflect my thoughts, nothing else. Most of my artwork has come into existence during one of my creative periods. Depending of my mood that time I’ve given a name to some eras. In addition to painting I listen to all kinds of music and I read a lot.

Literature

I enjoy good books like the ones from these well-known best sellers: Douglas Adams’s science fiction Hitchhiker’s guide to the Galaxy and J.R.R. Tolkien’s adventure The Lord of the Rings. And don’t forget Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling.

Lifestyle

How do I get all the inspiration? I just look around and study how the nature works and how people act. I like traveling. Great places like French villages and world metropolises inspire me.

When I’m not working with my paintings or traveling, I just relax and enjoy good food with great wine. My outfit varies depending on the occasion. Have a look at my wardrobe and see what I’m wearing.

Travel

I like traveling and see new places. A long weekend in a city big enough to get lost or an exotic safari in Africa? Which one do you prefer? Check out my travel page and learn what are the most interesting places I like to visit.

Reviews

Occasionally I write reviews of items I own. Sometimes it’s worth commenting products and share with the rest of the world what I think about them and whether I like it or hate it. Below you will find a partial list of my reviews I have written at Amazon.com.

Album really worth having 5 stars out of 5

Mud is another great rock group from Great Britain dated back to 1970's. Mud released these two great albums loaded with outstanding hits, such as Rocket, Blue Moon, In the Mood, Oh Boy, and many others. Although most of the hits were originally performed by another artists Mud still finds new dimension to these evergreens. This compilation of Mud Rock and Mud Rock vol II is really worth having. Great Music and Shivering Feelings 5 stars out of 5

If you happen to enjoy modern rock and popular music mixed with classical instruments your choice would be Electric Light Orchestra. For many years ELO has entertained the world with its very personal music genre. Mixing traditional violins, cellos, piano, and other acoustic instruments with today's electric guitars Jeff Lynne, the lead guitarist, has produced such familiar songs as Evil Woman, Livin' Thing, Telephone Line, and Strange Magic. All these great titles are compiled together in the ELO's Zoom Tour Live DVD for us to enjoy at our home theaters. See details...

Musical Trip Back to Mars 5 stars out of 5

Take a tour in the world of Ziggy Stardust and make a trip back to Mars with Ziggy's Spiders. David Bowie is one of the most famous pop stars in the world dated back already in the 1960's. The Motion Picture DVD taped and recorded at Ziggy's tour in 1970's takes us back to the music era of that time. Great songs such as Moonage Daydream, Time, Watch That Man, and many many others will entertain you at your home theater the most easiest way, on a DVD movie. I'd like to recommend David Bowie's music CD's, like Aladdin Sane and Ziggy Stardust, in addition to this motion picture. See details...

Could not be any better 5 stars out of 5

Alice Cooper's "Welcome to My Nightmare" is one of the must purchases for any Alice's fan. Although this DVD dates back in the late 1970's it hasn't lost its brilliance even remastered as a DVD. The great show performed with the guaranteed Alice Cooper music is best viewed with very large home theater screen and played with maximum volume. You won't be disappointed! Wishing you very good nightmares. See details...

An interesting way to explore the world 5 stars out of 5

Northwalk provides a great deal of interesting photos, mostly taken in Nordic countries, such as Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. I found Northwalk's photos very interesting, especially from Scandinavia as I never had a chance to visit those places. According to photos found on the site I have all the reasons to consider the Nordic countries worth visiting. The green nature, cosmopolitan cities, and great sights are the most attractive aspects for even a longer journey to explore.

A virtual trip to these Northern countries is both entertaining and exciting but never beats the live exploration in the destination. I honestly recommend visiting both Northwalk and the countries represented on that site. See details...

Blood, sweat, and tears 5 stars out of 5

If you happen to enjoy watching sharp swords, quick movements, and especially splashing blood, you should definitely choose Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill Volume 1 & 2. In addition to the high artistic aspect of these films you will be entertained with good humor, great plot, and -- of course -- lot of action. All this is finalized with perfect music, so check out the soundtrack, it's a must! See details...

Enjoyable music and great film 5 stars out of 5

Having first seen the film I right away fell in love with the music in this Quentin Tarantino's masterpiece: Kill Bill Volume 1. Songs are very carefully chosen and match perfectly the atmosphere of the movie. Don't miss this soundtrack; it's worth listening even if you don't like the film so much. See details...
